My Windows 11 has been pestering me with a weird "Just a moment" screen almost at every startup (from shutdown). Sometimes it stays there for a few seconds, sometimes it won't go away and I have to ALT-F4 it. It looks like a Windows thing, not an app. Does someone know what that is please? Thanks!
